I happened upon smallbusinesswebcast.com this morning and decided to test it out. The aim of the site is to allow experts in various fields of interest to small business owners (accounting, for example) to set up a seminar that others can attend online. I listened to an informative thirty-minute presentation on comparing the taxes that the sole-owner of a hypothetical “C” corporation, “Sub-S” corporation, and LLC would owe on $100,000 of income. There were a few minor technical flaws, but the concept of on-the-fly web training for small business owners is an excellent one, and worth checking out for yourself.
